The last time I saw Bloc Party was at Roseland Ballroom, NYC. It was the calmest crowd of people I’ve ever been a part of. When the concert was over, I went out back and stood waiting for the band to come out. I got to speak to Kele, Russell, Matt and Gordy. They were going to a party, and Matt’s girlfirend was in a rush for no reason. They’re playing at Madsion Square Garden with Panic! At The Disco on Nov. 13 and 14th. Tickets seem to be sold out.
In 2006, the most memorable thing that has happened to me is that I was hit by a truck in January.
In 2006, I also started my senior year at high school. I’m procrastinating about writing my college essays, even more abut choosing colleges. I need to sign up for scholarships and fill out my FAFSA form and my resume and college applications and get fee waviers and complete surveys and do homework and go to work and pass gym, but most importantly, I have to stop procrasinating. Then, maybe. I’ll get something done. I need some motivation.
